Site investigations are one of our core strengths. We deliver investigations across soil, groundwater and surface water, tailored to suit each project’s specific requirements. Our experience spans the full spectrum - from preliminary site investigations and detailed desktop assessments through to comprehensive, detailed field investigations.

Our Director brings over 35 years of hands-on industry experience and remains actively involved in every project. We have successfully investigated and facilitated the removal of numerous properties from the Queensland Environmental Management Register (EMR), giving us a thorough understanding of Queensland legislation and regulatory requirements.
We work closely with Contaminated Land Auditors (CLAs) and maintain strong professional relationships within the industry. Where appropriate, we can recommend trusted CLAs to assist with your project.

EM&R is one of the few firms where the Director personally conducts field investigations, prepares environmental reports and liaises directly with clients throughout the entire process. This hands-on approach ensures accountability, consistency and dependable service at every stage.

We place strong emphasis on clear and regular communication. Without it, unnecessary stress and delays can arise - impacting your day-to-day responsibilities. By maintaining direct involvement at the highest level, we deliver efficiencies, clarity and confidence in the way we conduct our business.

“Boral Australia has had an ongoing relationship with Greg Morgan of Environmental Management and Remediation for many years. Greg has assisted Boral to assess and manage soil and groundwater conditions at many of its sites across Queensland. Greg has consistently delivered pragmatic, commercially astute solutions for Boral whether that be:
-
understanding the baseline level of risk and cost attached to a site prior to its acquisition, identification,
-
management and remediation of soil and groundwater impacts at operational sites,
-
rapid response to address incidents, or
-
management of site exits or divestments.
Greg has a thorough, extensive, working knowledge of relevant Queensland legislation and policy requirements and a very good working relationship with regulators and third party auditors. Greg has been able to leverage his knowledge and relationships to assist Boral to navigate complex legislative and contractual requirements to deliver exceptional outcomes. I believe similar outcomes would not have been delivered by other firms. I wholehearted endorse Greg, and strongly suggest you consider EM&R to assist with your next project.”
